Payment

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.

Payment is due no later than 2 weeks after the auctions end date.

Please use the eBay checkout where all needed contact information will be found.

If you plan on picking the item up please contact us to schedule a pickup time.

Shipping

Shipping cost can be automatically calculated by the buyer on all of our eBay auctions.

UPS calculators are near the bottom of the page and all you have to do is input your zip code.

Freight calculators are located in the items description (big orange "calculate shipping cost" button) and all you need to do is choose your country and input your zip code.

Pickups are available just so a time is set up to pick the items up.

We get a large discount with all the trucking lines and we offer some of the fastest shipping times on eBay, if you need an item expedited, we do offer that service simply contact sales@thesmartfarmer.com for the cost and estimated delivery

Terms of Sale

Smart Farmer, LLC. will accept returns on all products in NEW condition within 15 days of the delivery date, minus original shipping and handling fees, return shipping, and a 25% restocking fee.

All exchanged and returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals,  and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

Please pack the products into their original box with plenty of packing material and place the original box in a shipping box and tape securely, and mark with the return address provided to you from our customer service representative. Make sure to ship your product back insured and with tracking. We are not responsible if your package is lost in transit.

Please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
