New - New assets are in original packaging and possess all of the characteristics/qualities/features as advertised by the manufacturer. Traditionally, they are overstock items that were never offered for sale in a retail environment or used in any way.
Refurbished - Refurbished assets are used but have been inspected. They rarely come in original packaging and seldom contain any documentation or any additional parts and/or accessories. Due to their operational history, refurbished assets possess noticeable cosmetic defects and blemishes, including but not limited to dents, scratches, and signs of age.
Shelf Pulls - Shelf pulls were previously available for sale in a retail environment but were never sold. They usually possess one or more price tags and/or stickers, indicating multiple markdowns, and have been exposed to appreciable customer contact. In addition, since most of these items are sent through a reverse supply chain (e.g. from a retailer back to a centralized warehouse), they can show signs of further handling. @ Our DOOR TO DOOR FREE SHIPPING SERVICE for the 40 boxes is FREE To your Home, Store, Warehouse for the first 300 miles of Paw Paw, WV (Zip Code 25434). After that a $2.50 a mile fee will be charged. This extra fee is for the mileage charge after the 300 FREE MILEAGE. This extra charge is/if any, is whatever MapQuest says is the mileage, from Paw Paw, WV 25434 to your Home/Store/Warehouse, and all Fees must be paid with in 6 days of Auction close. Lets say you live within 300 miles of Paw Paw, WV then there will be no extra charge. However lets say you live 310 mile away then there would be a $2.50 per mile X 10 = $25.00 extra charge. Please remember all Bids & Fees & Extra Charges must be Paid within 6 days of Auction end, this is our OTHER SHIPPING SERVICE.
@ We Can SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE 48 USA CONTIGUOUS STATES. If you decide to have the equipment shipped, and not used “Our Door to Door Free Service, we will need to prepare the pallets, for delivery. The cost of the packaging and boxing and/or palletizing will be $50.00 per pallet, You will need to make all the arrangement for pick up and shipping with your shipper and cover the total shipping costs. Plus our fees for preparing the pallets for Shipping, with in 6 days of auction close. (Note: Your Shipper will need a Truck with a lift gate, we do not have a dock nor a pallet jack and sometimes the Shipper might need to make more than ONE STOP to pick up all the items listed in the Auction from several locations. Items listed by SpecialGroup are stored at warehouse locations. SpecialGroup requests that Buyers contact SpecialGroup within 3 days of auction close to confirm shipping arrangements. SpecialGroup reserves the right to charge a $50 fee plus per diem storage charges (up to 5% of listing price per day) if the Shipper shipping/handling company/representative is not present at the pickup day and time specified and agreed to in advance by the Buyer and SpecialGroup . Payment
Winning Bidders will receive a invoice within 24 hours after close of auction. Winning Buyer must contact SpecialGroup within 3 days following notification of winning bid to make final payment arrangements. SpecialGroup will invoice the appropriate sales tax if required. Provision of a valid resale certificate or tax-exempt certification with payment may exempt buyers from sales tax. All payment for the Auction plus Shipping /Handling fees must be paid with in 6 days of Auction End. SpecialGroup accepts payment through PayPal with a confirmed address. Credit and debit cards can be used through PayPal. There are no refunds once sale is final. If full payment is not RECEIVED within 6 days of auction close, SpecialGroup reserves the right to cancel the transaction and sell the item to another interested party. A Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.
Bid Cancellation
