This item is the McCall's sewing pattern #4766 shown here. The pattern was copyright in 2005.

The pattern is uncut, unused and still in factory folds. The instructions are in the envelope.

The pattern is a Juniors size 11/12-13/14-15/16-17/18:  Bust 33½-38½"; Waist 26-29½"; Hip 36½-41½".

The pattern description reads as follows:  "Juniors' Lined Dress:  Dress has princess seams, back zipper and is midcalf at lowest point; view A has straps, ribbon trim and purchased flower; view B is strapless with boning in bodice, ribbon hem and ribbon sash; view C has gathered overbodice, shoulder straps and ribbon hem."
