Signed by several band members in black ballpoint pen. On front of front insert, by Sharlee d'Angelo (Charles Andreason, bassist) and on the inside by Snowy Shaw (drummer) who was in the band at the time of the release of the disc, but I do not believe he is actually on any of the recordings.

Insert is great condition, nice item for collection.

Disc in excellent condition.
