I bought it years ago with intentions to build a darkroom but now my son has grown, moved away from the house and we will not be finishing this dream project .  So this dream project can be your for a dream price. It can be easily knocked down then re-assembled with rivets & a little caulk. Currently it is in my basement so if it helps you I can leave it knocked down when I take it out so you can easily move it into your basement (or tight location) with ease. If you are interested I also have an enlarger, light & some other equipment that I do not need anymore.
