Music CD's

Spring's Variety Store will sell numerous used and new CD's.

It will be stated in the description if its NEW or USED.

USED CD's will include:

1) CD in good working order

2) original liners 3) jewel case.

Some of the Jewel Cases may have some minor defects but it will not affect the CD or liners.

** If there is a CD with anything missing, it will be stated. **

*** Please Note that some CD's may contain Explicit Lyrics, so please be aware of what your purchasing. If your unsure, please ask. ***

** Also note that the CD you may receive may have a different UPC code than what is listed. Since we may sell multiple Copies of the same product, we will only use one description for the listing but they are the same CD. It may be just a different release date. **

SHIPPING Info:

We will keep the shipping to least amount possible.

We will also combine shipping of multiple orders so we can keep the shipping price as low as possible.

* There are different options and we will try to provide the best price for shipping. The overall best deal for shipping is if there is 7 or more CD's purchased at one time. Dealing wth CD's we will invoice and combine orders. Other shipping information please look below.

STORE POLICIES & SHIPPING

• We accept payments by PayPal, credit cards paid through PayPal and Money Orders. Money Orders will only be excepted from the United States of America.
• We will ship international but payments must be paid through PayPal only. Note that there is NO insurance option for International First Class Mail.
• Buyer pays for shipping & handling, insurance and any other fees that are incurred during the shipping process.
• We ship through the United States Postal Service.
• Item is shipped with in one business day of payment clearing.
• Local Pick-up can be arrainged.
• We will consolidate items if a customer buys more than one item. We will do this to save the customer money on shipping. During this situation, please let us invoice you for correct shipping price.
• All Items are Sold "AS IS". If the item is not what is describe, we will exchange the item or if it can not be exchanged, we will refund the money.
• Please note that we encouage paying for insurance for shipped items. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping.
• Insurance is required on an item that sells for more than $50.00 and items under $50.00 is given the option.
• All Items are checked before shipping and if there is any problem with the item, we will cancel the order and refund money or give store credit.

* All media sold by Spring's Variety Store are under complete belief to be the originals and are not an illegal duplication. If for some reason we are selling duplicated material, we guarantee to have the rights to sell the item. In that case we will state that in the item description.

* Autographed items will include a certificate of authenticity. If an item doesn't have a certificate but we know for sure that its real, then we will state that in the description. If there is no certificate or we are unsure about the autograph, we will list the item as a possible fake autograph.
