Domestic We ship via Fed EX for purchases within the continental United States. Smaller items may go USPS.
APO and PO Box addresses can only be shipped via USPS Priority Mail
Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska will incur an additional charge. Please contact us for your rate.
International We ship most items internationally using the United States Postal Service Priority Mail International. Certain items are too large or too heavy for the Postal Service and can only ship via a Courier like FedEx. Many countries charge brokerage and duties/border fees that the buyer is responsible for and is usually collected from the buyer at the time of delivery.

When to Pay You can make a payment as soon as the auction ends.
Payment is due within 7 days after the end of the auction.
After 7 days we reserve the right to relist the item and/or report the unpaid item through eBay.

PayPal eChecks are a popular payment type and are very secure. Please keep in mind that eChecks are NOT instant payments and have to take several days to clear through PayPal before the item can be shipped. We will notify the buyer when the payment clears.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of item. A refund (less shipping costs including reimbursement of the actual shipping cost of items shipped through Free or Reduced Shipping) will be given. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back and the item must include everything it did at time of purchase (box, manual, etc.). The item must be in the same condition it was in at the time of purchase and ALL SOFTWARE MUST BE UNOPENED.
