Shipping:
1) Normally your
order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after the payment is
clear, you will receive an e-mail that confirm your order has
been shipped within 1-3 days after we receive the payment. Most
items are in stock, sometimes some items may be temporary out of
stock, if the lead time is more than 7 days, we will e-mail you and
let you decide if you want to wait or cancel the order.
2) For domestic USA, the delivery time is 3-5 days by USPS first
class/priority mail or 5-10 days by first-class international to
Canada, the track number is available upon request, Fast shipping is
always available by paying USPS/UPS/Fedex express shipping cost.
3) All International
order (outside USA) under 2kg: Most orders will be shipped from our HongKong
warehouse by post office air mail, the delivery time: Canada,
UK, France: 7-10 days, other North Europe countries: 10-14 days or
longer, For Italy, Spain and Brazil may takes longer due to more
time is needed for Customs Clearance. Sorry we are not responsible for any custom duty or broker
fee, if needed, we can declare your item as 'gift' or 'sample' for
you. There is NO track number for this method, According to
our experience, 0.1% packages will got lost by using this
method. You are very welcomed to pay additional $3.00 for registered
mail Or you can paying more for express shipping 5-10 days with
track number, the packages may get delayed at your country's customs
for several days. If you haven't got your order within 28 business
days after your payment is cleared, please DO e-mail us your paypal
date and your item # and your shipping address, we will get your
back in 1-2 business days.
4) International
shipment over 2kg: It will ship by EMS express 5-10 days with track
number, the track number will e-mail to you, additional
shipping charge may need for some countries, such as: Brazil, South
Africa, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Turkey, Poland,
Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Ukraine, India, Pakistan and so on,

5) Multiple item
shipping is OK. Discount shipping prices are given for shipping
multiple items in one package to one address: regular price for the
1st item and 30% off shipping for additional items. This discount
can only be applied to the item that has lower shipping cost
compared with the shipping cost of the 1st item.
6) Check your package
before signing on the delievery confirmation, if there is any
damage, please refuse to accept it and contact us.
Return/exchange policy:
If you are not
satisfied with your order, you can return/exchange in 14 days with
full money refund (except shipping) as long as the products are in
the original shape. please DO contact us before you ship your order
back, we will issue a RMA number and return address, the RMA number
should appear on the package in order to get refund or exchange.
