The subdivision of Rio Del Oro (RDO) provides a great opportunity to own investment property just 25 miles south of Albuquerque, in scenic central New Mexico. Already a suburb of Albuquerque, this subdivision has explosive growth and development potential.

2. NAME ON DEED. Once the property is paid in full, we will prepare a quit claim deed to officially transfer ownership of the property purchased to you. This is information you will need to provide to us for the recording of the deed.

The original is sent to the county clerk’s office for recording. Once the document is recorded the county mails you the stamped/recorded deed. Depending on the county this can take 3-6 weeks.
