Risque' 50's Era Comical Bar- Tray/ Wood Frame

This Cute Picture Tray would be a cute addition to anyone's Bar Collectibles...This may have been born a large Postcard that was later framed or maybe not...I really haven't any way of telling for sure, unless I were to take this apart....As you can see in the Photo, the Bartender is wispering with the man at the end of the bar about the 2 ladies with their feet on the Brass Bar Rail...It says:  Sure - The Rail's Too High - But I ain't Gonna Kick!  Are You?"  It does not have a slick finish or glass...don't think it ever did, but if you wanted to use it as a Try, you could probably spray it, or pour liquid plastic over it...I'd hang it on the wall...It is about 5 3/4 x 8 1/2" inside diam with the frame being an additional 1/2" around, not counting the handles...It's in Very Good Condition
