10 Pristine/New
9 Near new
8 Very slight seam or cover wear,still beautiful graphics
7 May display some seam/spine/ring or cover wear
6 May have several major imperfections,splits tears etc.
5 Graphics may be impaired by imperfections

Vinyl

10 Pristine/unplayed graded 10 ONLY if it is certain the disc is unplayed
9 Near new/maybe played a few times
8 May show slight use/ light marks
7 Will display light wear/scuffs/may have occasional light surface noise but still a very nice item
6 Will display moderate wear/marks/scratches and will have some surface/background noise
5 Disc displays considerable wear/prominent marks/scratches but still listenable

LP/45 Grading

Generally I do not list any items below a grade 6 unless it is a very hard item to find in any condition. Lps with 3 grades indicates cover grade and a different grade on each side of the disc. Lps and 45s are cleaned and play graded before going to auction if that appears to be needed..

78 RPM Grading:

78's are usually visually graded since even the cleanest 78s may still have surface noise.

Lps, 12" singles and 78s are shipped in the USA by media mail in secure packages at 4.00 for the first piece and .50 for each additional piece. Overseas postage is about 14.00 for 1 lp. Multiple sets and box sets are priced based on weight and destination. I will ship priority mail if requested. All bidders...USA & international... will be notified of their totals with postage within 48 hours of the close of the auction.
