ROBOT RESEARCH 400 SSTV Unit in nice cosmetic condition.

Untested, but powers on, and I have no reason to believe it does not work.

From what I understand, the Robot 400 converts picture information in the standard format with conventional fast scan TV to and from the format used for Slow-scan TV. I am told the model 400 performs this conversion in either direction, to and from SSTV.

This gear was and still is used for Slow Scan Television with amateur radio. Hook up your camera, radio etc. and you are off and running. Uses RCA phono plugs and BNC plugs for external connections. 120V AC Operation. No manual, but one may be available on the web.

I reserve the right to reject any bid at any time, sell to any other bidder, any other party, or keep the merchandise, if:
1. I don't hear from the winning bidder within 48 hours of the end of the auction;
2. Ebay service is interrupted within two hours of the close of the auction;
3. The condition of the item changes ... ie - I drop and shatter a microphone 5 minutes before the auction ends.
4. Bidder has, in my opinion, no feedback, excessive negative feedback, or "shades". If you fall into this category, contact me before you bid to discuss your bidding.
  
  These conditions apply even if eBay declares a winner of the auction due to it's failure to allow an auction to be cancelled during the final moments of that auction.
I occasionally market equipment listed here through other means (swaps, newsgroups, etc). I reserve the right to end any auction at any time should I sell the merchandise outside of ebay.
All merchandise will be double boxed or otherwise protectively packaged.
Packaging: Occasionally I don't have enough boxes, bubble wrap, or foam peanuts available for adequate packaging. If necessary, I will pass the cost of purchasing such material on to you. Quality packaging material is not cheap. If you are going to knock my shipping costs, please don't bid. If you want your purchase to arrive safely, check my feedback on packaging.
I will not accept bids from outside the United States. Unless you live in, and your ship-to is in, one of the 50 states, please don't bid, and do not contact me to inquire about bidding.
Buyer pays all shipping and insurance costs based on location, unless otherwise stated. I will select the method of shipment - usually Federal Express Ground on larger items, and USPS on smaller items. I do not ship UPS, but since eBay does not offer a FedEx shipping cost estimator, I use theirs. Insurance is required for all purchases in excess of a few dollars.
I may or may not combine shipping charges - it depends on the auction. Please don't assume I do - check with me first.
