This week's Memory Lane Show features an exclusive interview with
Jimmie Rodgers. Although Jimmie doesn't give a lot of interviews, he
sat down with Lane Quigley recently and told his amazing story in an
exclusive interview that you won't want to miss.

During the first part of the program, Jimmie tells us the stories behind some
of his best loved recordings from the late 50's. Then Jimmie talks candidly
about several fascinating topics, including: how payola affected his career;
the underworld connections of his record label; the mysterious mugging that
nearly killed him just before Christmas 1967; his forty years of physical problems
resulting from the beating; and a very moving discussion of the experimental
surgery he successfully underwent last summer.
