Auction Sales Policy:
Once we post an
auction, it will run according to eBay rules and regulations, we will not stop
it for your special offer or circumstance or to sell part of it. The auction
will end in the normal ways i.e.: Time expires or the Buy it Now option is used
when available or it purchased at our showroom
(so please don’t ask).
Make sure you have the funds to pay for the auction prior to bidding, if you
can’t afford it DO NOT BID ON IT please!
Some of our items are also available for sale locally in our showroom, so we
reserve the right to end the auctions at any time. If you have any questions

Your bid is a
contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are
the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally biding contract to purchase
the item. If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder
within 3 days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 5
days, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the sellers
sole discretion.
Payment & Shipping:
Payments must be made within 5 days of the end of the auction.
Once payment is made the item(s) will be shipped per the following schedule:
- Payments received before 2:00pm CT M-F
(Option 1 or 3 below) will be shipped the same day.
- Payments received after 2:00pm CT M-F (Option
1 or 3 below) will be shipped the next business day.
- Checks must clear the bank before items are
shipped (usually 7 to 10 business days)
We will combine shipping on multiple auctions that
are won within 5 days of the first winning auction.
(You'll need to let us know so we can hold off
shipping until the other auctions that you are bidding on have completed.)
Failure to make payment will result in eBay
notification of nonpayment and a negative feedback posted.

Damaged in Transit:

If you receive a shipping carton that shows obvious damage, please
refuse the shipment. The shipping carrier is responsible for these damages, not
you.
- If, upon opening the carton, you discover that the product was damaged
during shipment, contact the carrier for inspection.
- If your order was shipped via UPS and arrives damaged, save the original packing materials and call UPS (1
800 PICK UPS) to report the damage.
- Then please contact us via eBay message or
email me.
