How to Handle Shipping Issues:

If an item is damaged: We must be notified via e-mail within 5 days of receipt of item. Please reference auction number and a brief explanation of damage.

A lost claim cannot be processed until 30 days for USPS domestic, 45 days for USPS international, and 5 days for other shippers (for the shipper to start search).

Return of purchase that is in original/unused condition accepted for a full refund / merchandise credit of auction price provided:

Buyer must notify seller of plans to return within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Notification must be received through the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You will need the order number and Include: auction number and reason for return.
Return must be received within 10 days of return notification. Package must include auction number and reason for return.
Once return is received and refund/credit issued, an eBay Cancel Transaction will be created with the reason that 'Both buyer and seller agree not to complete' this transaction with the reason that the 'item was returned for a refund'.
