Rogers Bros / International Silver Shell Knives ~4 (SP)

This is a beautiful Set!

This pattern took me a while to find.

But in doing my research….

I found that It is the Shell pattern

By Rogers Bro. 1860

(Went to Replacements, LTD and they have :

Pattern Shell~ Silver plate 1860~ By International Silver)

The Manufactures Status is Unknown

These are in nice shape for the age of them.

If this is indeed the pattern that Replacements, LTD shows it is, the replacement items are not easy to come by or really all that cheap.

I did not see these particular Knives in their set so I cannot tell you exactly what the proper name of the knife is.

There is some wearing to the knives as you can see in the pictures.

MINT: A beautiful item with no visible flaws. I never use this grade unless the item appears untouched.
NEAR MINT: Nearly perfect.
EXCELLENT: An above average item that shows minor wear; still suitable for showing.
VERY GOOD: Average used item with small defects.
GOOD: Completely recognizable, shape and colors intact, possible scuffs, small tears, writing, tape etc.
FAIR: Heavily used and/or soiled, but still near complete.
