Payment Terms

International Customers: While we welcome international bidders to our auctions, we will ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENT VIA BANK WIRE TRANSFER and/or PAYPAL for international customers. We do, however, offer a 3% discount on all items paid via bank wire.

1. Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex for UNITED STATES BASED CUSTOMERS. We will ONLY ship to the billing address on the credit card. We may at our discretion request a faxed copy of your credit card and driver’s license to verify identity of card holder.

2. Paypal
We accept payment via Paypal. However, we will only ship to Worldwide verified addresses. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

3. Bank Wire
We prefer payment via Bank Wire transfer or direct deposit into our bank account. We offer a 3% discount on all purchases paid via Bank Wire. Please contact us for your bank wire information.

4. Check/Money Order
We also accept cashier’s checks and money orders. However there is a MINIMUM hold time on all cashier’s checks for at least 5 business days for us to verify legitimacy.

Shipping

We ship via Fed Ex overnight fully insured to all US destinations for a flat rate of $50. This shipping method and rate is non-negotiable.

For international customers we ship via Fed Ex International fully insured for a flat rate of $75. All duties and taxes associated with international purchases are the responsibility of the buyer/importer, not ZP Watches.

Authenticity Guarantee

We recognize that while the internet provides a great forum for the trading of fine Swiss watches there remains inherent risks for consumers when spending thousands of the dollars for a fine Swiss timepiece online, site unseen. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from ZP Watches. ZP Watches is a well established business. We accept credit cards for the full purchase price of every item we sell which gives our customers full protection as well as the confidence that they will receive exactly what they purchased.

Every item we sell is unconditionally GUARANTEED to be GENUINE. Each watch we sell comes with a receipt from our company with the model and serial numbers of your watch as well as a full description of the timepiece. Additionally, we provide a 72 hour inspection period that begins upon your receipt of the item so that you can have your item verified at a local jeweler, if you so choose.

We have partnered with a local jewelry store in the Los Angeles area where all timepieces can be viewed in person by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please contact us for more information if you are interested in viewing our wide selection of fine Swiss timepieces in person.

Warranty:

Every fine Swiss timepiece that we sell comes with a one year written warranty that covers the mechanical functioning of the timepiece. Please contact us for more information on exactly what the warranty entails.

Return Policy :

We offer a 72 hour, no questions asked, no-restocking fee return policy if the item is anything other than 100% as described. This 72 hour time period begins when you sign for your package. If for any other reason you decide to return the timepiece we offer a refund minus 15% of the purchase price.
