This is a "refurbished to like new condition" iRobot Roomba 530 Vacuum Cleaning Robot. This unit is refurbished by iRobot (the manufacturer) and comes in a sealed box from their factory. It includes their manufacturer's 90 day warranty so you are protected.

We have shipped many of these internationally, in fact the vast majority of our sales are international. We have shipped to Russia, China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, Brazil, Spain, Phillipines, ... Many customers are repeat buyers. The shipping takes usually 7-14 business days to arrive. All Roombas shipped have arrived safely. While the unit comes in a sealed box from the Manufacturer iRobot, we cover the item photo so people handling the shipment can't see the contents. We can also mark the items for customs however you want us to (other, gift, ...).

Just remember this is a US model not 220V.

Shipping costs internationally have ranged from $65-80+ but we charge a flat rate of $68.99 to make it simpler for our buyers. We don't charge any handling fee. Insurance is optional but can be bought for $5.

US orders will be delivered by United States Post Office (USPS) Priority Mail (or Express Mail depending on order value). International orders will be delivered by USPS Priority Mail International (or Express Mail depending on order value).

Orders will be shipped within 1 business day after receiving cleared payment. US packages should arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Most international packages are delivered in less than 10 business days, but can some times take for two weeks or longer due to postal office or customs delays.

We charge only the shipping costs that we pay through paypal shipping labels which is cheaper than it would be if we took them physically to the post office. USPS offers a discount if you create your shipping label online since they have less labor invested. We never charge anything for packing and handling even though we have costs in material and labor to prepare the item to ship.

We ship to every country in the world. We will send you tracking numbers when items are shipped. Delivery is usually 10 days after shipping, unless your customs delay packages. International customs may delay your packages.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. About me…

The biggest thing about buying on Ebay is not knowing who you are buying from so here’s a little about me and why I Ebay.

I am recently retired (early). No, not because I’ve made a fortune on Ebay.

I was a corporate executive for a Fortune 50 company with over $60B in revenue.

I have been buying and selling on Ebay for several years now.

I originally started out using Ebay to find exotic cars (for my own personal use) that I was trying to purchase. My first purchase on Ebay was a slightly used Maserati for over $50,000 .

You can see some of my toys at www.garysexotics.com I don’t sell anything on that website. I just got tired of my friends asking what did I buy lately and can I send photos. Instead I told them to visit the website to see my latest toys. Even though I don’t sell anything there, the sight gets thousands of hits a month.

I purchased it sight unseen from across the country since the car was still under warranty. I never would have thought I would ever purchase a car from a salesman who had his cell phone in his hand and walked around the car to describe to me any imperfections since he was in Florida and I live in Southern California (Orange County).

My next purchase was an $8 Cookie Monster toy (eats cookies) from Australia that my wife needed to support her Speech Pathology practice.

Over the years I have bought and sold more than a half a million dollars worth of items on Ebay. Everything from Egyptian Socks to Lamborghini’s.

After retiring, I decided to start a little Ebay business primarily to help my parents. They live on a fixed income and I thought Ebay could serve a couple of purposes. First, a little extra income for them couldn’t hurt. Second, it helps them stay actively involved in something both physically and mentally. They are my packaging and shipping department as well as bookkeeper.

That is why you will see me sell everything from $.99 for containers of shredded money (to give my parents something to do) and Lamborghini’s (when I get bored and ready to move to the next toy).

I’ve sold profitably Roombas (floor cleaning robots) internationally but since they weigh 13 pounds, I decided to try to sell some products that are lighter and easier for my parents to ship. That is why I’m now selling watches. And, of course, many of the watches are made by Lamborghini, Porsche, …

Why not combine a couple of the things I enjoy. Life is too short not to enjoy it to the fullest. That is why I retired early, money is no good if you’re not around to enjoy it.

You can buy from me with confidence because I learned in business it’s all about how you treat the customers. While I would like to make a profit, my integrity and how my customers feel about me are most important. I have 100% feedback for a reason which includes people that have bought Lamborghini’s, Porsche’s, Lotus’, Pantera’s, … from me. Most live in other parts of the country or internationally and never saw the car before sending funds.

But I also would take care of every customer no matter the size of the purchase. One recent example is that I sent an item to Hawaii which took a little longer than he thought it should. I didn’t have experience shipping to Hawaii so I didn’t know what was typical. It arrived about a week late (and he was satisfied) but I decided to ship him about $30 worth of complementary products for his inconvenience even though the original item was about $100. I wanted him to feel 100% satisfied with his experience. Other recent examples are a shipping a replacement battery for a Roomba which cost me more than the profit on the item (battery cost plus international shipping) but wanted him to feel good about his purchase. I could have had him work with the manufacturer but if I were a customer I would rather resolve it with who sold it to me. Another example is a refurbished item apparently had minor scratches on the case which didn't impact the functionality but it should look like new so I trusted them and refunded their money (including international shipping and let them keep the item). I trust my customers to be honest and hopefully that works in the long run.
