| Synopsis | Norman and Rose have been married for 14 years, during which time he has abused her regularly. Finally, he beats her while she is pregnant, causing a miscarriage. Rose escapes him, and he begins to hunt for her, leaving gruesome corpses as he goes; thinking she is free of Norman, Rose begins a new life in the Midwest, becoming involved with a pawnshop owner and drawn to a painting of a goddess.
