The Skirt Portion Has a Repeated Pattern of The Small Pink Flowers.

The Top is a Stretchy Material .. Cotton Or a Cotton Spandex Blend .. & .. I Believe The Bottom Skirt Portion Of Dress Is A Cotton Rayon Blend .. But I Am Unsure.

The Size & Content Lable is Missing .. But, Based On Both The Measurements & My Experience, I Would Say .. Size 8.

Here Are Measurements:

Chest (Stretchy) is 36" (Armpit To Armpit) .. Relaxed.

Hips (The Dress is A Little "Flowy/Flared") .. Measures Appr.. 52" (At The Widest Point).

& It Measures 48.5" in Length (From Shoulder To Bottom Hem).
