Most items are eligible for a full refund, minus shipping costs provided you contact me with the reason. Products sold with tags must be returned with the tag. Clothing must be returned within 7 days, unwashed and not worn, except to try the item on. See below for ineligeble items.
Items eligible for credit only (no refund) are consumable items such as chcocolate and teas, and bath and body products.
