Unless you request insurance, I cannot be responsible for knives after they are mailed, otherwise if there should ever be a problem, I can only provide you with copy of the U.S. Post Office mailing receipt that shows your City, Zip Code and weight of your package.

1.Q. Have you left Feedback?

A. I have a software program that leaves feedback twice a month after buyer has left feedback.

2. Q. How long will it take to get my knife?

A. It depends on the USPS. Some arrive in a couple of days, but I have had some that took 32 days in my own state. There are a very small percentage that are delivered late. We always replace missing orders after 30 days. Please be patient. We are here to serve the customer. Most of our negative feedback is from very impatient people. 3. Q. Can you track my knife?

A. Only if you purchase $100 worth of insurance for $2.35. There is no tracking available for non-insured packages.This is not up to me. It is USPS guidelines.

4. Q. Where is this knife made?

A. Unless otherwise stated, all my knives are manufactured in China. They are very high quality. Please read my review " Be Aware of China Made Knives".

5. Q. Why don't you give shipping discounts?

A. Please read my Review " Negative Feedback, Unnecessary".

6. Q. Do you have to backorder sometimes?

A. Yes, occasionaly, because we sell multiples of the same knife, we may temporarily run out of an item that is listed at auction. However, because we get new shipments in every week a backorder will only delay you a few days. We cannot tell you specfically if every knife is in stock because the inventory changes daily, but 99% will be in stock at all times.

7. Q. Do you give refunds?

A. Only if we can't supply the product. All defective knives will be replaced once we receive them back. If a knife is returned just because you don't like it there will be a 15% restocking fee.
