This is a delightful 22 piece tea service from the large collection of Royal Albert OLD COUNTRY ROSES bone china table ware that we are currently offering on eBay.

The service consists of:

  • a large teapot standing 7¾ inches high, to the finial on the cover, and measuring 9¾ inches from handle to spout.
  • a bread and butter plate measuring 10½ inches across, from handle to handle.
  • six tea cups 2¾ inch high and measuring 3½ inches across at the rim
  • six 5½ inch saucers.
  • six 6¼ inch tea plates.
  • a milk jug standing 4¼ inches high and measuring 4¾ inches from handle to spout.
  • a sugar bowl standing 2¼ inches high and measuring 4¼ inches across at the rim.

The decoration features sprays of pink, red and yellow roses, with associated green foliage, on a china white ground and finished with gilt detail and edging.

The service is first quality and in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or restorations.  The decoration is bright and vibrant with no sign of scratches, wear or rubbing and no crazing.
