Royal Copenhagen 2nd Blue Flower Cup Saucer Set 8608.   This is a 2nd SECOND from the factory.  It has the strike mark through the signature.  10/8608.  Blue floral handpainted white background.  Each of the three different ones we have up for sale are all slightly different because they are hand painted.  5 3/4" by 2 1/2".   Shelf xx.
