Starburst Baca!


  rectangular fajance porcelain vase from BACA series of the Royal Copenhagen pottery of Denmark and artistic director Nils Thorsson

this vase was designed by Ellen Malmer

circa 1969-74

richly textured design with what looks to me to be a either a starburst or maybe a dandelion seed

no two of these vases are ever exactly the same!

Super condition

 no chips, cracks, bumps, blems or boo-boos

 measures apx 7 1/4" (18.5 cm) tall  and 5 3/4" (14.5 cm) by 3 3/8" (8.5 cm) at the widest area

marked with the RC hallmark, Fajance, 635/3121  and the stylized "EM" of Ellen Malmer
