Temperature Warning... please allow contents of box to come to room temperature before opening it! Old glass and porcelain can suffer cracks due to temperature change, specially in the coming fall-winter months.

1) We quote shipping for US lower 48 states. We also quote insurance based on their table, but we reserve the right to adjust insurance fee according to final bid price of item. I am sorry, but I am not responsible for uninsured items. If your item has been damaged in shipping, I need to be contacted immediately upon receipt of item, there are time limitations for claiming insurance. International bidders: please email me with your shipping address once auction is done, ignore the invoice you will receive from ebay, because that one has shipping for US only. I will quote your shipping and will present you with the several options, of which you will chose from to get the item to your country. All international shipments done via seamail or ground mail are required to be paid with a money order. All items that end over $ 50.00, for international bidders only, are also required to pay via money order or bidpay, sorry no exceptions!!! Thank you!

2) We are pretty fast shippers, and will ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment (checks have a 5 day hold). Large items are shipped once a week. Folks, listen up! We are a husband & wife team, where the wife does 80% of the job *laughs*. Thank you and Have a good time "ebaying"!

3) We pack items for safe arrival, using new packing supplies, bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts, and boxes.

4) We only ship to confirmed addresses, when paying with paypal. Please send a check or money order if you need to have item shipped to a different address. I've been getting a lot of requests for pics. Folks, I have to pay to host pics in the web, so if you need a picture of the item, please keep in mind I erase pictures soon after an item has been paid to diminish my, and consequently your, cost of hosting these images.

5) Returns: we will accept a return only if item was misrepresented by us in description. The item you are bidding on is the one in the pictures, so please examine them closely. We will issue a refund once item has arrived in same condition it left us, and we do not refund shipping (both ways). If there is a problem with your purchase, I must be contacted within 3 days from you receiving the item, and will not, under any circunstances address complaints if you've had the item for 5 days or more.
