Presented here for consideration is a PRISTINE Royal Doulton Zunday Zmocks Vase (shape 7493). This series was introduced in 1936 and withdrawn by 1950. This pattern was designed by Royal Doulton’s renowned art director Charles J. Noke and it clearly bears a facsimile of this great mans signature.

On page 106 of volume 2 of “Royal Doulton Series Ware”; Louise Irvine lists the 10 known scenes in this series. This is scene 3: “Single Man Standing under a large blossom tree”. It bears Royal Doulton maker’s mark that incorporates the pattern name and number and an Australian Registration number.

  • Dimensions

This magical vase strides in at a proud 14 cm (5.5”) tall and it has a diameter at its broadest of 7.5 cm (3”).

  • Condition 

It is in AS NEW condition; with no chips, cracks, stains and NO crazing.

This has obviously only ever been used for display and has lived the sheltered life of a cabinet dweller. Zunday Zmocks is a very popular series that is as collectable today as it was popular when it was first released way back in 1936.
