ONE RUBY RED CARNIVAL GLASS PINEAPPLE PATTERN OPEN SALT DIP CELLAR
This lovely Ruby Red Carnival Glass Square Shaped open salt cellar measures 1 1/2" tall and 1 3/4" square.

This lovely American Pressed Glass salt dip is created in a "Starburst pattern pressed into the bottom and the Pineapple pattern around the sides of the open salt cellar.

It is made from an Original Westmoreland Glass Company mould.

The carnival irridescence brings out a rainbow of colors that seems to come alive.

As indicative of hand pressed glass, there may be some small straw marks in the glass. This beautiful salt dip is in excellent condition with no chips, dings or repairs.

There are only a handful of American glass manufacturers who preserves the "lost art" of true handmade glass. Each piece is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans who produce glass virtually the same way it was hundreds of years ago.
