    I took this knife in trade. As soon as I laid my hands on it, I realized it’s value. You can feel how well made it is. I’ve been a knife dealer for many years and this is every bit as good as any custom blade I’ve held by a master craftsman.

    The granite handle is remarkably smooth with the mounting studs flush with the granite. The brass hilt fits nicely against the fingers.

    When I first looked at the leather, I nearly discounted it. Then I looked closer and found it to be of exceptional quality, custom fit for this particular knife. It is double stitched around the edge and bears a makers mark that I don’t recognize, an “N” on a scroll surrounded by laurels.

    Retail price on this fine Spanish blade is in excess of $300, plus shipping.
