Ruskin lustre jar made in the early 1900s in England.  When manufactured it may have had a lid.

This jar is in very good condition - it has four or five very minor nicks in the glaze that can only be seen on close inspection.  No chips or cracks.  Only a few minor glaze flaws.  A magnificent looking piece.  

8" tall and 6" diameter at its widest point..

Impressed marks in base as shown below and in photo.
