For all items that are certified by an independent certification services, such as NGC, PCGS, ANACS or any other please refer to guarantee of appropriate grading services that in most cases may be found on their web sites. In the event any certified by a third party independent service item in any time in the future will be found non authentic or lower grade or quality than specified by appropriate grading company we will not be responsible for any loss that may arise from such certified items. We will neither take such an item back nor refund any money paid. All issues in this case should be addressed directly to a particular grading company. By engaging in any business with us, neither buying any items from us or selling or seeking an advice such a person, company or any other entity guarantees that will save harmless of us, liability, actions or causes of action or damages including but not limited to financial loss for any reason and agrees to make no claim against us for any loss that may arise from such business transactions. All grading of raw coins is just our opinion, please use images provided to grade items yourself, we provide quality pictures of actual items being sold unless directly stated otherwise in the item's description. We will not accept any accusations in misrepresentation of item's state of preservation.
