Russian Cossacks Kindjal Short Sword Dagger

Double edge 11 ¼” blade with deep blood grooves. Inlaid with lapis cabitions nickel silver and brass scrolls. Handle is 5 ¼” long. Blade has some rust. There is some type of hard glue/substance that is holding the blade in the handle. The substance is starting to break apart and fall out of handle. Blade is still very tight.
