WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES. WE DO NOT SHIP TO ALASKA OR HAWAII.  Small items are shipped UPS only.  Larger items are shipped motor freight at Seller's discretion.   Seller is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping, but we will help in filing a claim.  We DO NOT ship to Post Office Boxes or internationally.  We DO ship to UPS & Motor Freight terminals and UPS STORES.  

REFUND POLICY:  The item you are bidding on has been previously owned. We try our best to make sure that each item is working properly. If you receive an item and it is defective, please contact us within 3 days so that we can attempt to resolve the problem. We will issue a refund on any defective item ONLY after it has been returned and inspected by us. Buyer pays return shipping on any returned item.  We are a family owned business for over 20 years.
