This is for a stylish Victorian silver Sampson Mordan sliding pencil. There are two sliders that are coloured co-ordinated to extend a red and blue pencil, each slider has a band of red and a band of blue hard glass enamel. I have seen plenty of tri colour sliders but its harder to find them with just the two colours. It is in excellent condition with no dents to the silver and just one small bruise to the red enamel only. It is clearly marked S. Mordan & Co and although unmarked it is silver. There are also the dates 1873 and 1893 engraved along the barrel along with the initials AGP. It is a large size and measures 100mm (4") long closed. Please check out all the other antique smoking and writing implements, art deco and art nouveau items and all the other vintage ladies and gentlemans accessories I am selling on ebay this week. I will always combine shipping to make it cheap to buy a lot.
