Wow! What a lovely dress! This misses size small empire waist dress is just lovely! Built in tie/belt at bodice that wraps around and ties in back. V-Neck cross-over type bodice. Beautiful black blue and white gemometric swirl pattern design.
Size Small and 5% spandex, so plenty of stretch to this beautiful dress. The perfect dress for work or any other semi-formal occasion! Would make a lovely addition to any wardrobe!

Payments:
I accept PayPal only. Winning bidder will be sent an e-mail invoice shortly after auction ends (except when multiple items are being bid on, in which case I will wait until final auction has ended and invoice multiple items together). Payment is expected within 5 days of end of auction.
Shipping:
Clothing: I ship US Postal Service via Priority Mail. Multiple items won within a 3-day (72-hour) period are eligible for combined shipping rates. Each additional clothing items ship for $3.00 ($1.50 additonal for jewelry items). Please check with me if you are unsure what the final shipping would be and I'll be happy to give you a quote.
Clothing: Is shipped via First Class Mail at a fixed price of $6.95 for the first item and $3.00 for each additional item purchased within a 3-day (72-hour period).
Jewelry: Is shipped via First Class Mail at a fixed price of $4.00 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item purchased within a 3-day (72-hour period).
To qualify for combined shipping rates, all items must be paid for together in one payment.
Items are normally shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
Canada/International:
I ship worldwide. The cost for shipping to all destinations other than the U.S. is:
Clothing - $14.95 for the first item and $6.00 for each additional item.
Jewelry: $5.50 for the first item and $2.50 for each additional item purchased within a 3-day, 72-hour period.
To qualify for combined shipping rates, all items purchased must be paid for together in one payment.
International shipping is shipped via First Class Mail International which typically takes 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Items are normally shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
Insurance is optional and is limited to packages shipped to addresses within the U.S. My charges for insurance are as follows: $1.75 for first $50.00 of coverage and $.75 additional for each additional $50.00 of coverage. Insurance is recommended.
Returns:
Jewelry: If item is found to be defective or mispresented, replacement or refund may be given at sellers discretion. Replacement will be made if item is in stock and available. Refund will be granted only if replacement is not available. In either case, returned items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of item in order to qualify for exchange. All applicable return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Clothing - Refunds will not be given due to poor fit. Clothing is measured flat and accurate measurements are provided. Please do not rely on sizes given. You should be sure to compare your measurements with the measurements given to insure proper fit. I am not perfect, in instances where a flaw is overlooked, item may be returned within a 7-day period. Return shipping is the responsiblity of the buyer.

Your bid is a contract with this seller. Please do not bid if you are not serious about purchasing the item and do not intend to pay. Non-paying bidders will be reported and they will be blocked from bidding on any of my future auctions.
Feedback:
The buyers payment is only the beginning phase of each transaction. A sale is not complete until the buyer has received their product and indicated that they are satisfied with their purchase. Timely feedback will be left when buyer leaves feedback and indicates that transaction is complete and that their item has been received. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, please contact me for a resolution to the problem prior to leaving feedback and I will do my best to make sure you are satisfied.
