Items damaged in transit that are covered by insurance will be replaced. Buyer must notify us of damaged goods within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date. Returns are accepted only if the item received is not as represented in the auction description. Items must be returned in the condition received (new & unused), in the ORIGINAL box with ALL original contents within 3 days of confirmed delivery date. Returns will not be accepted without prior notice. We do not reimburse shipping fees.
