AS SOON AS YOUR BABY CAN HOLD HIS/HER HEAD UPRIGHT THE SEAT WILL ALSO ASSIST IN DOING THAT WHILE ENJOYING BATHTIME. THERE ARE THREE COLORFUL BEADS, 4 WORKING SUCTION CUPS THAT STICK TO THE BOTTOM OF THE BATHTUB, AND THE BEST OF ALL THIS CHAIR CAN EITHER SWIVEL UP TO 360 DEGREES OR BE LOCKED INTO PLACE.
