COMPANY INFO:

Safety Speed Holster is another excellent local Southern California that operated many years out of Montebello California.   They were top line makers,
starting business about 1942 in Los Angeles, California.  They moved to Whittier CA.  in 1952 and finally to
Montebello, CA. in 1963.  Just a few short years ago they quit business.

Best known for their custom CLAM SHELL holsters, they also carried a full line of police equipment, holsters and gizmos right up to just a few years ago.
They seem to have disappeared in the wake of competition, perhaps also a lawsuit, but their
equipment was top notch, and stood up to hard work and abuse.

 This is for a used, vintage, quality made SAFETY SPEED HOLSTER, brand Concealment style or PANCAKE HOLSTER holster in BROWN PLAIN LEATHER   This wet molded holster is made of heavy-duty quality leather, double stitched on the stress areas.

 The holster has a wide belt loops, for stability and able to fit your belt up to 1.75" wide. 

The seams are slicked and enameled for a professional looking finish.  Made with 2 pieces, the back is hip contoured.   The muzzle is partly exposed.

It can accommodate barrel lengths of 3.5".

It is a HIGH RIDE, with a classic FBI TILT butt forward presentation angle as shown.

An inside reinforced thumb break and snap secure your gun.

The holster is marked on the back with the SAFETY SPEED HOLSTER LOGO &   C-9mm SS specs state this fits Compact S&W classic framed autos. Models include   S&W COMPACT 9mm & .40 Autos Models 469 669 3913 3914 4013 6904 6906 6924 6926  I have shown it with here with a Replica 669   Replicas not included Similar Framed revolvers may also fit.  Please check your Applications and make sure it is right for you.

The holster is old factory stock and new.   It has been stored unpackaged and has some very minor shelf and handling marks.  It has never been used.  Otherwise this holster is factory perfect.

 The leather is flexible and alive and there is no loose stitching, or damage.
