UP FOR AUCTION IS A RARE  PHOTO OF JACKIE GLEASON WITH SALVADOR DALI HOLDING THE DALI-DESIGNED ARTWORK FOR GLEASON's 1955 LP LONESOME ECHO.  THIS COMES FROM THE COLLECTION OF A FORMER CAPITOL RECORD EXECUTIVE.  HE HAD THIS HIGH QUALITY DITRANSFER PRINT CREATED FROM THE ORIGINAL NEGATIVE FROM THE CAPITOL ARCHIVES BY THE THEN HEAD OF THE CAPITOL RECORDS ART DEPT.

THE OUTSIDE DIMENSIONS OF THIS PIECE ARE APPROX. 13.5 x 13.5".  THE PHOTO ITSELF IS ABOUT 7.5 x 7.5".  IT IS PROFESSIONALLY MOUNTED, MATTED & FRAMED.  PERFECT QUALITY AND CONDITION.

DALI HAS A VERY UNUSUAL LOOK ON HIS FACE IN THIS PHOTO - ALMOST A LOOK OF SURPRISE.
