TradePort offers two (2) industry-leading checkout solutions for our customers: PayPal Express Checkout and Channel Advisor Checkout. These simple and secure checkout options allow you to quickly and conveniently pay for your order.
After winning an auction item or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase, you have three (3) options for navigating to TradePort’s checkout solutions:
eBay “Pay Now” button:
When the listing ends, you will see a “Pay Now” button on the item listing and the “Items I’ve Won” view in My eBay. You will be directed to an eBay “review” page where you can review and edit your shipping address, review the payment details and select a payment method. Once you have selected your payment method, you will be directed to a PayPal Express Checkout secure landing page where you will have the option of creating a new PayPal account or logging into your existing PayPal account to pay for the order. You can also choose to return to the “TradePort Marketplace Shopping Cart” landing page where you will have the option of using Channel Advisor Checkout.
TradePort “Checkout Now” button: 
When the listing ends, you can click on the “Checkout Now” button to the left. You will be directed to the “TradePort Marketplace Shopping Cart” landing page where you will have the option of using PayPal Express Checkout or Channel Advisor Checkout. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation.
TradePort “Winning Bidder” e-mail notification:
When the listing ends, you will be notified by e-mail with instructions and a link to the “TradePort Marketplace Shopping Cart” landing page where you will have the option of using PayPal Express Checkout or Channel Advisor Checkout. PayPal Express Checkout Workflow
- When you choose PayPal Express Checkout, you will be directed to a secure landing page where you will have the option of creating a new PayPal account or logging into your existing PayPal account to pay for the order. NOTE: You can also choose to return to the “TradePort Marketplace Shopping Cart” landing page where you will have the option of using Channel Advisor Checkout.
- You will be prompted to log in to your PayPal account.
- You will select a billing and shipping address from your PayPal account.
- You will be redirected to the Channel Advisor Checkout “Confirm & Complete Order” section to confirm that your item, payment and shipping information is correct.
Channel Advisor Checkout Workflow
- Shipping Address: When you choose Channel Advisor Checkout, you will be prompted to select a shipping address. Please enter the appropriate shipping address information.
- Payment Method: Please choose from the following paymewnt methods: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.
- Shipping Options: Please select your desired shipping option. Local pickup is only available at our Somersworth, NH 03878 warehouse. Please do not choose “local pickup” as a shipping option if you are not local to our warehouse location.
- Billing Address: Please enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card bill. For the Day Phone number field, please provide the phone number associated with your credit card to avoid unnecessary processing delays. If your middle initial appears on your credit card bill, please include this as part of your first name.
- Confirm & Complete Order: Please confirm that your item, payment and shipping information is correct. A summary of your order information will appear for your review.
- Save Details: Registered customers who make multiple purchases from TradePort can take advantage of streamlined checkout processes, the ability to store shipping addresses and payment methods as well as the option to receive special offers about great deals.
- Order Status. Click on the checkout link for real-time updates regarding your order status.
NOTE: If you do not checkout properly and completely, your order will be delayed. In rare cases, if you are unable to checkout, unable to make a payment or receive an error, please try again later. Checkout Terms & Conditions
- Credit card payments are charged immediately upon completion of checkout.
- There are no sales tax calculations made for any TradePort sales because New Hampshire (NH) is a “tax-free” State.
- International credit cards that do not support AVS checks are automatically declined.
- Billing address choices must match shipping address choices from TradePort’s configured ship-to zones.
- TradePort validates that the buyer’s shipping address is an exact match of the billing address. This applies to orders for which the buyer has selected to pay with a credit card.
- TradePort enables continuous invoice consolidation during checkout. We allow no more than 7 days between the first and the last items added to the checkout. We allow no more than 10 line items per consolidated invoice.
- To prevent potential fraudulent use, this checkout will be placed on hold after five (5) validation failures. Please e-mail support@tradeportusa.com or call 603-692-2900 to complete this transaction.
NOTE: Credit card validation errors can often be avoided by contacting the bank issuing your credit card and verifying appropriate funds are available for withdrawal and that the provided billing address matches that registered for your credit card. Alternatively you may want to provide a different credit card or payment method to complete this transaction. If you have provided a debit card, you may want to try using a regular credit card number instead.
TradePort accepts the following payment methods: PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & eCheck), Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
- PayPal. PayPal supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
- Electronic Check through PayPal. This service allows US-based buyers to purchase online by direct electronic payment from their checking accounts.
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover secure checkout through PayPal Express & Channel Advisor Checkout.
Please read the auction description carefully and bid responsibly. TradePort does not tolerate non-paying bidders.
- If checkout has not been completed within seven (7) days after the listing’s end date, TradePort will file an unpaid item dispute with eBay, which may ultimately lead to indefinite suspension.
- If checkout is complete or on hold but payment has not cleared or been deposited within seven (7) days after the listing’s end date, TradePort will file an unpaid item dispute.
- If checkout has not been completed within ten (10) days after the listing’s end date, TradePort will cancel the sale, disable the checkout and restock the inventory.
- If payment is marked submitted but has not cleared within ten (10) days after the listing’s end date, TradePort will cancel the sale, disable the checkout and restock the inventory.
- High-risk bidders are added to TradePort’s Bidder Watch List after one (1) cancelled sale.
- TradePort automatically blocks all bidders added to the Bidder Watch List after two (2) cancelled sales.

Shipping and Handling Rates
Shipping and handling costs are fixed on a per item basis. Shipping and handling costs are significantly higher for wholesale items than for retail items because each item must be personally inspected and guaranteed to be in acceptable condition and include all critical accessories. We believe a fixed cost to be an advantage. With shipping and handling costs stated up-front, the cost can be easily taken into consideration as part of the total price. The total shipping and handling cost is clearly listed in every TradePort item description.
UPS Shipping Terms & Conditions
- This product is not eligible for UPS service to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
- UPS does not accommodate orders to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- $45.00 UPS Large Package Surcharge applies to packages that exceed 130 inches in length and girth combined.
- Each product must be insured to guarantee full replacement value in the event that the package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable
- TradePort does not reimburse shipping, handling and insurance charges for returned product
Dimensional Weight
Dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying the height in inches, by the length in inches, by the width in inches. Round each measurement up to the nearest whole inch. The resulting total is the cubic size of your package. Divide the result by 194. This is the dimensional weight.
The billable shipping charge of the package is the greater of these two weights:
- Actual weight of your package, or
- Dimensional weight of your package
Insurance
We offer loss and damage protection insurance for all UPS shipments at a rate of $2.00 for each $100.00 of the invoice subtotal above $100.00. Shipping insurance is not required. The buyer has the option to “opt out” of shipping insurance during checkout. Example: If the invoice subtotal was $300.00, he customer would have the option of purchasing shipping insurance for $4.00.
Delivery Commitment
UPS Ground Domestic - 1 to 5 business days
- TradePort is not responsible for service transit time
- Transit time excludes weekends and holidays
- Transit time may vary, particularly during peak periods
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at TradePort's Somersworth, NH 03878 warehouse. Local pickup is available as a shipping option at checkout. The following handling charges are assessed on a per-item basis:
- $10.00 for all TVs to 19” to 26”
- $20.00 for all TVs from 32” to 47”
- $30.00 for all TVs greater than 47”
This charge includes labor and materials required to assist the buyer in securing the TV for safe transit. The buyer is responsible for damage and/or loss once the TV is in their possession.
Local Pickup Hours
TradePort's warehouse hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30AM to 4PM and Friday 8:30AM to 3PM Eastern Standard Time. Our warehouse is CLOSED on Saturday and Sunday.
