Ottenheimer Publishers [Baltimore, Maryland -- USA] was founded way back in 1890, going out of business in 2002 -- they specialized in children's pop up books / cookbooks -- it was a printer for Time Magazine -- here we have one of the splendid tomes in their International Creative Cookbook series -- another awesome vintage antiquarian foreign cookbook from my stash -- just what you need to prepare your guests to a fabulous foreign treat for Thanksgiving dinner! Would the lucky winning bidder please send me something that they make using this exceptional cookbook, please!

absolutely not a whisper of rubbing is observed on the usual cover extremes after some thirty - two dreary dull blustery wet depressing frigid Scandinavian / New Jersey autumns -- tight binding, immaculate inside -- the pages are printed on a quality high rag content paper that appears slightly off white under my fluorescent desk lamp -- the dust jacket does have two minor tears along the upper margin, repaired from the inside, nothing to write home about -- this easy to use reference would make an awesomely delicious addition to your own personal foreign cooking references -- or as a gift for a friend
