We try to keep shipping cost to a realistic amount, never intentionally trying to profit on shipping. We refund 8-10 buyers on a daily basis for shipping paid and not needed and we are human, so there are times that, using templates to create new auctions, we will have this incorrect. If you feel like yours is overstated, contact us and we can look at it, it is possible we missed changing the shipping weight. By the same token, not being perfect, we may accidently understate this and need more shipping, if this creates a situation where you would then not want the item, we will immediately refund your monies and cancel the transaction, this rarely occurs. ~~~FEEDBACK~~~ We support the ebay feedback system. Because we sell such a large quantity of items per week, it is impossible to post feedback on a one-by-one basis. Therefore, our auction software is set up to AUTOMATICALLY post feedback for you within minutes (often just seconds) of you leaving feedback for us. Makes things very easy. Also....if you win MULTIPLE listings, please post a feedback for EACH item, and you will get a feedback for each item in return, this also lets us know that the transaction is completed and your are happy with the overall transaction, which includes receipt of satisfaction of all parties, for all goods and monies.
This also allows us to continue to keep our focus on responding to your questions and emails and getting your orders shipped within 24 hours of payment to us. With it only being the two of us doing all the administrative duties, time is of the essence for us to keep up. We will always give our buyers the same respect given us, so please keep this in mind with your communications with us. We do our best to keep shipping cost lower than most sellers and as realistic as possible, eBay's combined shipping has not worked properly in over a year, so if you purchased multiple items, please request a new invoice from us and we will get this right from the start for you. | | Shipping | FedEX Shipping to P.R. and International destinations now available, please request quotes for this if desired, it does run much higher, however it is certainly quicker.
We use the UPS Calculator provided by eBay for shipping, as a convenience to both the buyer and ourselves. However we consider the size, weight, quantity of items purchased and will ship items using one of the following services: UPS, DHL, FedEx or USPS. If it does not have much cost difference, we will always ship with a Ground Carrier (UPS, DHL or FedEx), as USPS insurance is slow to retain and they have no service guarantees, both are available with the Ground Carriers and at times we will ship with Ground Carriers for this reason, as we have found persons want to blame us for damage that is the fault of the USPS and there is no recourse with the USPS. So although you may pay for Priority Shipping, it may still be delivered by Ground Carrier if we feel it protects us on those items, most probably of receiving damage (Such as Glassware) this shipping may cost a bit more, but we pick up that expense for both our buyers protection and our protection. Because of this, if your address is NOT serviced by the USPS, please let us know, so we will be sure to NOT use USPS if we find it to be more economical and quicker using the Flat Rate Priority Shipping. | | Delivery | We ship Mon-Sat with USPS and Mon-Fri with Ground Shippers, usually FedEx, for domestic shipments. International Shipments are shipped Mon-Fri. Most cases Priority Mail is received within 1-3 business days. Ground Shippers can be from 1-6 Business days, depending upon your location to us here in SC. We do follow up after 7 days, to assure that your package has arrived, if it has not, then please let us know, the quicker we can follow up with a shipper on a package, the more likely any problems can be found and corrected. Cutoff (Although we often print first thing in the morning also) is 9 PM EST for items to be shipped the following business day. | | Refunds & Returns | Like most auctions, our sales are As-Is, unless noted differently in the items description. If you have not received this information, please check your filtered mail and assure it was not accidently placed in a SPAM folder. If you have not heard back, then please email again, as it apparently was not received. We reply with direct emails for inquiries through eBay, this way we have a record of these, as we can not view these anywhere on eBay. If you are one that ask questions and blocks your email, it could happen that we do not catch this and send it to an invalid email or it may take more than 24 hours to respond, since we can only respond once through eBay system, we may have to wait longer than 24 hours in order for us to be able to get your answer and reply back through eBay the next evening. But regardless, we will always reply to each question and email that is sent to us and if you do not hear from us, email us again please, as no reply means that something went askew with the last email in some form or fashion, but check your SPAM folder, should your email client have one, to assure that the email did not go there in error. |
