The Uncle Henry Steelhead small Fillet Knife is a fixed blade fillet knife with a 3 3/4"  blade made of 400 series Schrade+ stainless steel (prized for superior edge holding ability and rust resistance). The Schrade Steelhead small Fillet Uncle Henry Knife, 7 5/8" overall, is built to last with full tang construction, nickel silver bolster, lanyard hole.  Proudly made in the U.S.A


This is an absolutely beautiful... VERY VERY RARE Limited Edition knife, that has GENUINE BONE handles  <  NOT Staglon, or Delrin > 

This knife is an unbelievable find!  This Limited Edition knife was part of  the last remaining items left in Schrade's factory.  This knife would have to be a rare piece of history.  This knife is in 100% NEW MINT condition, and  has never been used, or sharpened.... but did not come with a box.   The pictures of this knife do not come close to doing it justice.  It is an absolutely beautiful  knife, that  would make a great addition to anyone's collection.

PLEASE NOTE:  I call this knife a Stealhead, because it is the closest Schrade knife pattern I can find..... Truth is, I'm not sure what the knife is ???  I couldn't find any information on it....  The pattern doesn't seem to exist, but there it is!!!  It could have been something they custom built.... If so, that would make the knife exceptionally RARE!!!

Imperial Schrade closed their doors July 30, 2004, after 100 years of business. These knives were Schrade's last remaining stock, making
them extremely collectable.  There will be no more original Schrade knives produced.  Get a piece of Schrade history while you can.

These knives are sure to go up in value  sense the manufacturer ( Schrade Imperial ) has closed there doors after over 100 years.  IMPERIAL Schrade's roots date to the 1870s and the Ulster Knife Co. of Ellenville. Imperial Schrade is a combination of that form, the Schrade Cutlery Co., which was founded in Walden in 1904, and the Imperial Knife Co., formed in 1916 in Providence, R.I.
