We only ship to the USA and Canada. If
paying by paypal or credit card we only ship to the confirmed address or the credit card billing address. If you
specify a different shipping address in checkout your address will be changed to the paypal confirmed address or
credit card billing address. Insurance is included in the shipping amount. We will attempt to ship your
item within 2-5 business days after payment has been received.
To get a real-time shipping quote to your
destination, enter your country and zip/postal code information into the shipping calculator and press
"Enter". We do charge a handling fee that is included in the shippnig calculator.
This item is eligible for pickup unless otherwise stated.
Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on
items being shipped from a foreign country. We do not cover this cost for any of our International
customers.

| Items may be picked up locally at our Independence location in the
Carefree Industrial Park. For those of you that have been here before, we now have a separate location for eBay
pick-ups only in the rear of our facility in Unit 700 of Carefree Industrial Park. You will now be able to avoid
waiting in long lines and be able to bypass the cash office if you pay for your item in advance online. If you still
wish to pay here you will first have to wait in line at the cash office to make your payment then you will be
directed to the new location to pickup your product(s). There will be a handling fee of $2.00 per each item added to
all orders that are picked up as well as MO sales tax. Please pay for your item(s) thru checkout or choose "cash" if
you wish to pay at our facilities cash office. Make a note of the Kyozou order number and bring that with you.
You may obtain your order number at anytime after you have checked out by logging back into checkout and reviewing
your order history. You may only pickup on or up to 5 days after the date you selected during checkout and must
bring your order number to receive prompt service. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and relist the
item if the item(s) are not picked up within the 5 business days. Please make sure to inspect your item for
damage as we will not be responsible for damages on pickup items once they leave the dock. Pickup
Hours for orders paid online Mon-Fri 8:00am to 4:00pm. Pickup hours for customers choosing to pay
here Same as above except Thursday's hours are 8:00am to 11:30am only
