This is a new process, once thought not possible to perform !!!

We have developed a process to re-align STATIM 2000 cassettes to work like new.  The cassette is cleaned, adjusted, a new gasket is installed and is pressure tested on our bench STATIM 2000 in our shop.  This cassette has a 90 Day Limited Warranty.   NOTE:  Our cleaning process is not able to remove all of the "dimples" left by the cassette chamber.  This would compromise the stainless steel finish of the cassette.

Caution:  Steam Leaks Are Not Normal.   You may just need to replace your gasket.  If that does not stop the leak, your cassette is out of alignment !
