- Shipping charges may vary depending on buyer preferences and locations.
- Payments for Auctions must be made within 3 days of Auction Close
- Customs or Import duties or other import charges are not included for international buyers.

We provide positive feedback as soon as we receive your payment, you have done your part in the transaction, we ask that you return the favor when you receive the item. Please contact us if you have questions regarding items, shipping or returns before leaving negative feedback.
Returns Policy:
Sailfish Marine Inc endeavor to make your shopping experience as simple and hassle free as possible. Therefore, if you wish to return an item, or entire order we will make the procedure as simple as possible. Our returns policy is outlined below, however please email us if you have further questions or for instructions.

If you receive the wrong item:

Notify Sailfish Marine Inc immediately.

Sailfish Marine Inc will issue approval for return (RMA Number) together with shipping instructions.

Shipping costs for the return will be covered by Sailfish Marine Inc.

Sailfish Marine Inc will ship the correct item at our expense, or refund your account the entire sale amount of the item if it is not replaced.
If you return a product that is deemed to be either installed incorrectly or misused;

You will be responsible for all shipping to and from Sailfish Marine Inc and the manufacturer.

Sailfish Marine Inc will inform you that the merchandise is not returnable, therefore no refund will be made.

If you decide you would like the item returned to you upon your return request being refused, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

If you receive a product and decide you do not want it for any reason:

Notify Sailfish Marine Inc immediately.

Sailfish Marine Inc will issue approval for return (RMA Number) together with shipping instructions.

No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization.

Special orders or orders made to order may not be returned.

New and resalable merchandise and its original packaging, may be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Merchandise returned within 7 days of purchase, is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Merchandise returned after 7 days of purchase, is subject to a 40% restocking fee.

Merchandise returned without a RMA number shall not be accepted by Sailfish Marine Inc.

Sailfish Marine Inc will issue return approval, together with shipping instructions. Shipping costs will be payable by the Buyer.

Upon receiving returned item and inspection shows it is in returnable condition your account will be credited/refund made for the original sale amount minus any shipping or restocking fees. |
Shipping Damages:

Replacement item will be sent out or refund made for damages incurred in shipping ONLY if Optional or included shipping insurance is selected or insurance is included in description.

"Signature required" will be only used if shipping insurance is selected where possible but may not occur with all shipments.

Claims for shipping damages must be made at the time of receipt of the item and the carrier is advised of the damages. Check for hidden and obvious dames when accepting items. Refuse acceptance of damaged items

Failure to notify the Shipping Carrier at the time of delivery of any damages may void or delay settlement of claims.
