Payment arrangements must be made within 3 days of close of auction and payment must be received within 7 days of close of auction or a Non-paying bidder notice Will be filed. Our system AUTOMATICALLY files a Non-Paying Bidder alert on the 7th day after the auction close. This alert will be promptly canceled once payment arrives.

Positive Feedback will automatically be placed AFTER we receive YOUR Positive Feedback. Negative or Neutral feedback left for us will NOT receive return feedback under any circumstances. Please e-mail us BEFORE posting any negative feedback, as we always want to work out any problem you might have.

Return Policy
If an item's description contains the words "AS-IS" then NO RETURNS will be accepted for that item.
All other items may be returned for a refund of the High Bid amount ONLY if there is a discrepancy in the description and the item is not as described. We guarantee our descriptions to be accurate.
Certain Electronic items may be listed with a "7-Day no DOA Warranty". In this case the item may be returned within 7 days of receipt ONLY if the item is defective.
