  • You have a full six months to use this vacation package!! 

THESE ARE RESORT PROMOTIONS and all we ask is for you to take a short and informative 120 minute tour of the hosting resort while you are there. You are under NO obligation to purchase anything and the rest of your time belongs to you! The market value of this package is well over $300!

TO QUALIFY: . You must be at least 26 years old and make a minimum of $50,000 per year (cohabitating or married combined) carry a major credit card and US Photo ID. Married and cohabitating couples must travel & attend the resort tour together and must read, speak, and understand English fluently. Sorry, no singles or students.  This vacaiton package is not good for groups. A group is defined as more than one family or friends, traveling on separate carsontravel promotional packages to the same destination, on the same travel dates. You may only purchase ONE vacation promotion to Sedona through carsontravel every 24 months.

NOTICE: Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to tour. Child care is provided, however your child MUST be potty trained.

All vacation packages require a credit/debit card be on file with our office. If you fail to tour or fail to reschedule within 72 hours of arrival date, your card will be charged accordingly. NO PETS

Our Promise to our Customers: After the auction purchase, you become our 'Guest'. We strive to ensure our guests a pleasant transaction, easy reservations and do everything within our power to achieve that goal. Our years of experience guarantee you reliable top knotch customer service with a personal touch. We give it our all to make sure you have a great vacation, from our reservation service through arrival. 

Our Policies
Reservations Reservations requests may be made immediately after auction purchase. Reservation information is contained in your Certificate of Travel, or for information on making immediate reservations, please call (423) 245-8200.  Reservation requests may be submitted via our online reservation form. Please allow 3 full business days for processing.  Once your confirmation number is received, your confirmation letter including directions and information will be sent to the email address listed on your reservation form. Reservations are not confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter by email. A valid credit card may be required on file with our office for this package.
Tours We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. The tours are normally conducted the morning after arrival and you are committed to 90 minutes. We cannot change the terms and conditions of this vacation package offer.  Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together and have matching photo ID's with identical address.
Reschedule/Cancellation Reschedules and cancellations must be submitted at least 3 full business days prior to arrival date and need to be submitted in writing.
Refunds If by chance we cannot fulfill your date, and you've called in advance to check on dates,  we will be happy to offer a refund or extend the use of the package one year. If you so choose, you may apply whatever the purchase price towards a different location (not within the same company). If you have purchased in error or if you made a non-qualifying purchase, you may not be entitled to a refund. If a refund is granted beyond or stated policy, you will be responsible for paying all listing fees.
Multiple Purchases If you are considering buying multiple packages, please call (423) 245-8200 before purchasing and speak with us as some packages cannot be used in combination with other packages.

Please be flexible in your travel dates as holidays fill up quickly. This Travel Package auction must be paid for within 3 days after auction close and must be used within the dates specified on the auction offering.You will receive your Guest Travel Confirmation containing our fast reservations and or payment information within 24 hours of your winning bid via e-mail so be SURE your address is correct so we can contact you! You are responsible for room taxes which are approximately $10 - 12 per night (not per person) depending on the season and all items of a personal nature. NO PETS
