Store Policy:  Payment must be received through PAYPAL within three (3) days from the end of the auction, unless prior arrangements are made.  If payment has not been received or we have not been contacted regarding payment within 3-days from the end of the auction, the item will be re-listed.  WE ONLY SHIP TO CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESSES with NO EXCEPTIONS!

Shipping (Within the 48 States) :  We ship UPS GROUND unless otherwise stated in our auction.  We insure each item for up to $100.00 at no charge.  If you want additional insurance, please contact us immediately so we can add the additional insurance charge to your invoice.  If you decline additional insurance and an item is lost, stolen, etc, we ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for that item once it has been shipped.  If you contact us and let us know that you are bidding on multiple items, we are happy to combine shipping charges when it's feasible.  Sometimes combined shipping is not available due to the size or weight of items.

Sales Tax:  All FLORIDA RESIDENTS are required to pay 6.75% State Sales Tax.

Returns & Refunds:  PLEASE NO RETURNS!!!  We will not accept returns on items unless the item is damaged in shipping, or is not as described in our auction listing.  If that is the case, notify us immediately.  You have 7-days from the time you receive the item to return the item to us for a full refund.  After 7-days, we WILL NOT accept or issue refunds on items.

International Shipping:  If you are an International Bidder, please contact us with your shipping address for an acurate shipping quote.  Due to problems in the past, we DO NOT ship to all Countries.  If we do not ship to your country we will notify you at the time you request shipping charges.

International Bidders and International Shipping:  We will ONLY ship International Shipments using FED EX INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY RATES with Tracking and Full Insurance unless otherwise stated in our auction, or unless other arrangements are made prior to the end of the auction.  The Buyer is responsoible for shipping charges, insurance, customs, duties, taxes, and any other charges that apply due to the regulations of the Country shipped to.  All Internationally shipped items will be fully insured and the insurance charge will be included in your shipping quote.  PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST THAT ITEMS BE SHIPPED AT A LESSER VALUE OR AS A GIFT, AS WE WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST!  All International Sales are Final!  We DO NOT offer Returns or Refunds on International Purchases.  Please note that we have the right to end or cancel any auction without notice.  If payment is not made in what we deem a timely manner, we have the right to cancel the transaction and re-list the item.  PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU INTEND TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION AND PAY FOR THE ITEM!!!
