Item Description 

 Each item is described to the very best of our ability.  Our photos are taken from several angles to give you the best possible look at the item. Please read the description carefully and if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.  We will respond within a 24 hour period.

Payment

Payment must be received within 5 days after your winning bid/purchase. If bidding/purchasing several items, payment must be received within 5 days after your last winning bid/purchase. See combined shipping details below.

We accept PayPal payments only as this is the most secure and quickest way to make payment.

  Shipping

 We ship within 24-48 hours after receiving payment depending upon time of day payment is made.  We ship our smaller items USPS priority mail.  Our large Selenite lamps are shipped UPS in the states and optional UPS/USPS International.

Combined Shipping

Please let us know if you intend to combine items you have purchased and/or are bidding on so we may hold your invoice until you are finished.  We offer a shipping discount for both domestic and international shoppers.  The shipping charge on the heaviest item is full rate, and each additional item (not including lots) will only be an additional $1.00.  You are welcome to shop and combine your orders up to 7 days unless otherwise noted to take advantage of this savings.  Once you have completed shopping, contact us requesting your combined invoice or else click on the “request invoice” tab.  We will then email you an “easy to pay from invoice” that reflects the shipping discount.

International Customers

  We ship within 24-48 hours after receiving payment.  Our Selenite lamps are shipped UPS Expedite or USPS Priority Mail however we cannot control the speed at which your package arrives once in your country.  Customs procedures may slow your shipment. (See shipping address below). We suggest allowing up to 2-4 weeks for this reason.  There is a $10.00 handling fee for international shipping for our Selenite lamps. Combined shipping discounts remain the same. 

 Be aware that you may (or may not) be responsible for additional customs fees set forth by your specific country.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is included for domestic buyers. Shipping insurance for international buyers is included in shipping cost.

Your Shipping Address

Please be sure that your Ebay address and your PayPal address are correct.  We automatically ship to the verified address provided.

Returns

 Please contact us with any questions you may have before purchasing.  If you receive your item and feel that it does not live up to your expectations (based on the description), please contact us.  Items must be returned within 14 days ~ in it’s original condition and we will refund your purchase price however, we are unable to refund any shipping costs.
